The HGFS Verification System provides a transparent and publicly accessible method for validating the authenticity of HGFS Green Stars Certificates and recognized organizations. Verification helps protect the integrity of the HGFS framework while allowing consumers, business partners, regulators, investors, and other stakeholders to confirm the status of recognized organizations.

Each approved organization receives a unique Certificate Number and Verification Code that can be used to confirm certificate validity through the official HGFS database. Verification records are updated whenever a certificate is issued, renewed, suspended, revoked, or expired.

The verification process supports transparency, accountability, and trust across the global food ecosystem while strengthening confidence in the HGFS Green Stars recognition framework.
